Over medium-high heat ground the beef until brown. Put 1/4 cup Kraft Mexican Cheese in the bottom of a regular bowl. When the beef is done, place it in the bowl over the cheese and top with 2 Tbsp. Budweiser Barbeque Sauce!
This is a recipe that I use frequently with my busy schedule. It doesn't take much prep time, it keeps my carbohydrates at a minimum late at night, yet it allows me to get the calories I need for muscle recovery!
