We do our best to be available for your convenience. If you attempt to call and we are with training clients and/or other supplement customers, we will return your call as soon as possible. If you send us an email and you do not receive a response within 2 hours, then we did not receive your email. If you would like, you can put us to the convenience test and we will be more than happy to prove to you, that we are available for whatever assistance you might need from us.

If you are located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and order your supplements prior to 3PM Monday-Friday, we will deliver your products the same day (unless otherwise noted on www.goldentrainer.com)! You will have to be present to sign for your order and can call us to set up a time for delivery and pay via Visa or MasterCard on the Phone!

If you are from outside the United States, we are also available on Yahoo! Instant Messenger. Our username is thegoldentrainer and we would also be happy to assist you in this way.

With every order, we do our best to include free product information, samples, shaker cups, t-shirts and more. If you are ordering $75 or more worth of product, you can email us your T-shirt size and we will include one with your order if available.
