7oz. Canned Salmon (or another canned meat drained and rinsed!)
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Tbsp. Horseradish
4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/3 cup chopped parsley
Whole Bagel

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and spread on top of each bagel half!
