It is the end of my "official lean season"... It has been a very productive year with building more muscle, becoming more lean, etc.

Measurements

Hip: 37;37.5
Thigh: 19.5;21
Calf: 14.5;15.5
Bicep: 14;15 (relaxed to side)
F-Arm: 12;12.25
Body Fat: 7.2;6.8

Having these just taken a couple days ago, I needed a couple days to reflect and at first was disappointed with a few of the measurements. My trainer told me he couldn't figure out what I was upset about, but felt the forearm area should have been bigger. At first I was disappointed with increased abdominal measurement and taking away from the "v"-taper look I would need if I decided to do shows again, but after thinking about it, I am 189.5 pounds this year, up from 180 last year. I was able to add 9.5 pounds of muscle in the last year after cutting down to a lower body fat than the year before, so overall I am happy. Many people ask me about these measurements, I see many of your measurements and to save questions...... HERE THEY ARE! Time to set up goals for another year of hard work!
